Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Zaspa application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Zaspa is a mobile application designed to help parents and caregivers track various aspects of their baby's daily activities, including:
- Feeding times and amounts
- Diaper changes
- Weight measurements and growth tracking
- Sleep patterns and schedules
- Bathing records
- Health and milestone records
Our app is absolutely free to use and contains no advertisements. We may introduce a Pro version in the future with additional paid features, but the core functionality will remain free.
Our app offers data synchronization between devices, but we store only anonymous event data on our servers. We do NOT collect or store any personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying details. Only event statistics are stored anonymously for synchronization purposes.
User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when tracking your baby's activities
- Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App for any commercial purposes without authorization
- Keep your device secure and protect your data
- Focus on your child's well-being rather than excessive app usage
Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data Control: You have complete control over your data:
- Export all your data in Excel format for further analysis
- Delete all events from the app at any time
- Request complete deletion of your statistics from our servers via email
- Enable or disable data synchronization at any time
🔗 Data Synchronization Between Devices
Our app offers the ability to synchronize data between different devices for your convenience:
When you enable synchronization, a unique key is generated on your device. This key allows you to access your data from any device.
You are fully responsible for the security of your synchronization key! DO NOT share this key with anyone you don't trust. Anyone who has access to the key can access all your data.
How to use synchronization:
- On the first device: Enable synchronization in the app settings
- Copy the key: Copy the generated unique key
- On other devices: Install the Zaspa app
- Enter the key: Enable synchronization and enter the same key
- Automatic synchronization: All data automatically syncs
If you want to disconnect other devices from synchronization, simply delete the old synchronization key and generate a new one. This will immediately disconnect all other devices that used the old key.
If you delete the synchronization key and uninstall the app, we CANNOT recover your data!
Therefore, we strongly recommend keeping your synchronization key in a safe place (for example, in notes, password manager, or on paper). If you accidentally deleted data from your phone but have the key, you can enter it and all data will be automatically restored.
Important notes:
- Synchronization is an optional feature
- All data is encrypted and secure
- We do not have access to your data
- You can disable synchronization at any time
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaspa and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of this application. This app is intended solely as a helper tool for tracking your baby's daily activities. We strongly recommend focusing on your child rather than the app and data entry. Missing data will only affect statistics - nothing more. Be attentive to your children and give them more attention than any app.
Licenses and Third-Party Software
This application uses open-source libraries and third-party components. For a full list of licenses, please see the LICENSES_THIRD_PARTY.md file included with the app.
App Availability
We strive to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zaspa and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
Updates and Changes
We may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
